MEET THE DIRECTOR:
MARYLU CIANCIOLO
MaryLu Cianciolo is a PSIA Level 3 Alpine Certified Instructor and USSA Level 100 Race Coach she brings deep expertise, passion, and a lifelong commitment to winter sports education to her role as Director of Chicago Snow Studio. With years of experience teaching skiers and snowboarders of all ages, MaryLu is known for her patient, encouraging approach and her ability to break down complex movements into simple, achievable steps.

Her leadership shapes every aspect of the studio—from instructor training to program design—ensuring that each student receives thoughtful, high‑quality instruction in a supportive environment. MaryLu believes that everyone can enjoy skiing and snowboarding with the right guidance. She has dedicated her snowsports career to helping students build confidence, skill, and a genuine love for the sport.

PRIVATE LESSONS
One on one coaching tailored to individual goals, learning style, and pace.
BEGINNER LESSONS
A gentle introduction to balance, stance, and movement on snow, taught in a controlled environment that removes the stress of cold weather, crowds, and steep terrain.
INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED TRAINING
Focused sessions that develop carving, edging, speed control, and advanced body mechanics. Ideal for students looking to elevate their skills before hitting the slopes.
TRIP PREP SESSIONS
Great idea before heading to the mountains, these sessions build the skills needed to enjoy real snow terrain from day one.
